Address: Indian Valley College - 1800 Ignacio Blvd. Novato, CA. Once you arrive at the college head all the way into towards the sports fields. Parking lot 6 will be designated for the meet & free parking.
Race times and tentative pods below: (Race pods will be finalized 3/17)
- Athletes will stay for the finish of the race after theirs.
HEAT 1:
Warm Up: 2:30pm Race: 3:30-3:50 Cool down & done 4:10pm
HEAT 2:
Warm Up: 2:45pm Race: 4pm - 4:20 Cool down & done 4:40pm
HEAT 3:
Warm Up: 3:15pm Race: 4:30-4:50 cool Cool down & done 5:10pm
HEAT 4:
Warm Up: 3:45pm Race: 5pm - 5:20 Cool down & done (help clean up) 5:40 pm
Safety Protocols
1) All athletes and volunteers will complete the health questionnaire via QR code for contract tracing purposes.
2) Parent Volunteers - Monitoring traffic at start/finish area, manage team setup areas in, course monitors to give directions and enforce social distancing
3) Maximum of 20 athletes on the course at the same time broken into different heats
4) Masks must be worn at all times with the exception of during the actual race. Athletes must have the mask on the arm or under the chin at all times during the race.
5) There will be no congregating near the start/finish area. Each heat will be called to the start 5 minutes before start. Once finished, each athlete must immediately put on the mask and return to the team staging area.
3) Coaches, athletes and approved volunteers are the only team members allowed within the designated start and finish areas. All other visitors fans will stay on the course, spectators should stay away from the Team Tent areas as well. 2 SPECTATOR LIMIT. SPECTATORS MUST BE MASKED AND SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND OUT ON THE COURSE AND AWAY FROM THE START/FINISH LINE AND THE TEAM TENTS!!!!
Race Details
1) Warm ups and cool downs will take place on the course with care towards the current race. Running on the grass is not allowed.
2) Each heat will consist of approx. 20 athletes with any number from each school making up the approx. 20.
3) Course is 3.1 miles.
4) Scoring will be done post race and distributed to coaches electronically. No waiting around for results will be allowed.

1) Bathrooms on site.
2) Please no running on the grass
