- This race requires bib numbers, when you arrive there will be a tub with bibs and safety pins, you have to find yours. Check the list and to find your number and be kind to your uniform when you pin it on.
- It also requires automatic timing shoe chips. Any lost chip costs YOU $10. Tie it securely to your shoe and return it to the bin right after you are done racing.
- Before your race find the start line and finish line and if it's an over an hour and ten minutes to your race you should be out on the course cheering, 1:10minutes before your race you should be at the tent to check in with Coach G & take your team photo.
- We will have lots of pop-ups and tarps again, but chairs and blankets are encouraged.
- Warm-ups will be performed just like at Stinson and IVC but you likely won’t be warming up with your captains, your team of 7-10 needs to organize yourself and start your warms-ups 50 minutes before the race. Once you have started your warm-ups all focus should be on the race. -After the race, unpin your bib and keep it, it is a great marker of the day, write the date and your time on the back. If you don’t want it, it needs to get into a trash can, the pins can go back in the bucket, change out of flats if you run in them, and head out on your cool down.
- After -drink water, have a snack, thank your parents, give a pep talk to someone who hasn’t run yet, and then find a spot on the course to cheer our other runners on. We will meet as a team after the 11:50 race has finished for a team photo, post-race highlights and to clean up.
- 8:30 AM - Junior Varsity Girls - arrive 7:15am
- 9:05 AM - Junior Varsity Boys - arrive 7:50am
- 9:35 AM - Varsity Girls - arrive 8am
- ALL other runners arrive at 8:15am
- 10:05 AM - Varsity Boys
- 10:35 AM - Frosh/Soph Girls
- 11:00 AM - Frosh/Soph Boys
- 11:25 AM - Frosh/Soph/Junior Varsity Girls
- 11:50 AM - Frosh/Soph Boys
- ALL RUNNERS PACK UP & LEAVE AT 12:30pm
*Runners should take a picture with their race team after their warm-up before they race.

Top 15 individuals in each race receive Nike Merchandise!
To 20 individuals in the JV and F/S races receive medals!
Top 25 individuals in varsity races receive medals!

Top 6 teams in varsity races receive medals!
Top 2 teams in JV and F/S team-scored raced receive Nike merchandise!
Top 3 teams in JV and F/S team-scored races receive medals! (ONLY Top 7 runners on the award-winning F/S teams will get medals.)
LOCATION - Newhall Park in Concord

Runners:
We are competing in 8 different races and this is a big team event, you stay and support the other races, most runners will be at the course from 8:15am to 12:30pm for a little over 4 hours. Some runners will have to arrive earlier for their warm up, see the schedule below. This is a chance to be with teammates, support other runners during their races and warm ups and see some amazing racing, as the level of competition at this race has increased dramatically this year.
Runnres/Parents if you can please bring or send your runner with snacks to share, bars, fruit, healthy snacks, chocolate milk, bagels, peanut butter, water etc, that would be awesome.
